Somewhere in a beautiful, but secret part of the great San Fernando Valley there's a piece of land that's very dear to the heart of beautiful Bobby Sherman.  Some people believe that Bobby has bought this high hill that overlooks the entire Valley from the Hollywood Hills to Topanga Canyon, far, far to the West.  Bobby always goes there by himself usually just before sunset, and as the evening sky forms all its lovely colors around him, Bobby watches the red sun swell and sink into the sea out beyond Malibu, standing there alone with his thoughts.

BOBBY'S SECRET PROPERTY - The reason Bobby always visits this property all alone is:  no girl but the one Bobby will marry will ever set foot on Bobby's secret property.  There's no house on it now, and there won't be, 'til you help Bobby design the dream house that's dearest to both your hearts.  Bobby will build it just for you there on his beautiful hill.  And there you both will live, far enough from the busy show biz bustle of Hollywood so that you both can be alone - but still near enough for Bobby to keep up with his fabulous career.  And you'll be by his side, to help his star to keep rising even higher and higher!
